On-Line / Internet Sales
Counselor and Sales
Representative (ISC),
you will
respond effectively to
all Internet-sourced
vehicle inquiries.
Provide on-line
customers with fast,
accurate answers to
questions and other
information requested.
Evaluate customers wants
and needs to provide the
best value for the
customer. Set
appointments for
in-dealership visits and
assist prospects in all
phases of the car
purchase process.
Maintain notes on all
contacts and manage all
required responses and
follow-up. Assist in
keeping web pages up to
date including pictures
and descriptions of
vehicles. Manage direct
mail, email promotions
and other computer
generated information
and promotions.
